I am a Software Developer with over 10 years experience working with web-based technologies. I specialise in the web, usability and interaction design, and am a keen proponent of web standards, and accessible progressive-enhancement.
I code mainly in HTML/CSS on the front end, using Java and Freemarker for server side processing, working on projects where possible using agile methodologies. For UX work I work primarily with personas/wireframes, and user testing. Tools used are Panic's Coda, IntelliJ Idea and Firebug. Occasional development musings go up on my development blog - dev.alpower.com.
